I would like to commend you all at Kendall Toyota for your aggressive marketing campaign. I am interested in maybe trading in one of my cars for a newer one. They are both Toyotas. One thing I find that could be interesting and beneficial to people like myself: How about sending advice on how to go about purchasing a new or used vehicle, what to look for and what questions to ask the terrible sales people who are out to get us. No really, I believe that information on car details to compare others like Nissan, Mitsu,. Mazda, etc. to compare them to dollar for dollar, would make your website more interesting to visit and make us more educated in the art of car buying, I know you might not want to give up your inside tricks, but come on, a few can’t hurt, heck it might just make you recipients to the most honest dealership in America Award.

The customer service was exceptional; even though my credit wasn’t great you did everything to get me financed.  I never thought it would be so easy and it wasn’t that time consuming, as I thought it would be. Dear Ms. Rosado,

I wish to compliment Alberto Sossa from the team of sales consultants that were involved in selling me a Toyota Camry on Tuesday. Alberto is wonderful, from the moment I spoke with him by telephone in response to my Internet inquiry, to the final minute when he opened the door for me to my new car. Alberto has a charming, warm personality and a great way of dealing with people and meeting their needs. Because of Alberto, I promised to return to purchase a (used) Toyota Corolla for my son who is attending FIU and needs a car for summer school. He is 18 and it will be his first car. He is thinking of a Honda, but I am going to steer him to a Toyota. I will call Alberto first to be sure he is there. From all the dealerships, Alberto was the first sales consultant to contact me and he did so by calling me personally by telephone to discuss my needs and wants, whereas other dealers sent me emails.
